The phrase "His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me," from the popular gospel hymn, surrounds the interior of the bath, impressed into the concrete basin for longevity. Two bird figures perch on the base of this bowl, furthering the motif, and their concrete construction remains hardy. Three dimensional, climbing ivy and leaves adorn the exterior of both the pedestal and basin, and the dark gray color adds a timeless look. White hints on the gray body provide a bit of contrast, and texture within the 2.5" deep bowl helps small songbirds grip it. The bottom of the pedestal flares to 6" in diameter, forming a sturdy support, and the concrete construction ensures a robust piece.
